Vernon Forrest Added to the Taylor v. Froch Card?
That makes the card:
Vernon Forrest v. ______
Jermain Taylor v. Carl Froch
Allan Green v. Carlos DeLeon Jr.
And on another level but still noteworthy, British up-and-coming heavyweight, Tyson Fury.
Pretty solid if you ask me. ;D

Re: Vernon Forrest Added to the Taylor v. Froch Card?
I cannot tell you how much I hate Allen Green and just how happy I was Miranda KOed him. But he is quite a puncher and fun to watch. I think he has something to prove now. I believe he will get to the top of the division again.
Can we throw Miranda in there for Forrest??? That would be a great fight! This is shaping up to be a great card. I'm really exited http://www.saddoboxing.com/boxingfor...s/beerchug.gif.

Vernon is going to beat him badly, hurt shoulder or not.Guy is best suited on a club circuit. That Gonzalez "draw" was a case of maximum generosity.
If Forrest is being talked of for Abraham...just cut to the chase and give us Green/Forrest ;D

He's fighting on Showtime the same night.
Not sure if at Foxwoods though.
He may just be being televised from wherever. .. .
Vernon Forrest Scheduled To Defend His Title Against Jason LeHoullier!?!
Forrest is becoming a joke. First off, what the hell has LeHoullier ever done to deserve a title shot? Secondly, I thought Sergio Martinez was supposed to be happening next. He won the title eliminator, then won the interm title and defended that. He has been his mandatory for years now. Lehoullier is not even in the top 100. Ive lost a lot of respect for Forrest. His actions are not that of a champion. What champion needs to take a light defence before a real title defence? Its too bad, I used to like Forrest. Now, I cant wait to see Martinez beat his @ss if he ever gets the chance. Forrest should be stripped if he goes through with the LeHoullier fight.

From Martinezs last outing vernon has probably decided he wants no part of that and would much rather stick to guys like mora.
Taylor-Froch, Green, Forrest, Tyson Fury does indeed make up for a very solid card

I can't disagree with that. Didn't the WBC already commit to stripping him of the belt if he didn't fight Martinez?
My point was just for a relatively inexpensive card to begin with adding Forrest (and Fury) doesn't hurt. ;)
