Faster jab after a kettlebells workout
Its those kettlebells workouts where i could hardly lift anything with a solid form after. I usually cool myself down throwing afew jabs here and there but i realised i could throw it significantly faster than anytime before, of course with a lesser power.
Am i too tense up or focusing too much on my arm muscles while jabbing normally?
Re: Faster jab after a kettlebells workout
why after exhausting your muscles would you expect to throw with good form and speed?
BTW if this is a prelude to spam where you're advertising kettle bells, please note we have a new rule. You have to submit the product you are selling/advertising to the Missy Sports Science Testing Facility whereby it will undergo rigorous testing and a review submitted on these forums.
Hope this helps.

It's just a trick of the mind. ;)
It's been shown that swinging a weighted baseball bat will make subsequent swings slower as well as throw off timing (Has anyone seen that episode on Sports Science?). Your muscles are also more tense after a strength training workout.

Hey Chris, nice to see you back. :)
Yea, I saw that episode a while ago and am surprised more people aren't aware of it yet. It was proven conclusively. Since seeing it I have gone past baseball fields and see people still swinging 2 bats, weighted bats, etc.
