photo editing program

anyone know a decent one thats free on the net?

i use picasa 3 at the moment but cant do much on it & i used to use windows paint

if anyone got any ideas pls let me know

I have an old one called LView pro that works great for me. If you are still looking, PM me and I'l email you a copy, it's quite small but has lots of features.
