See it a lot its a General thing, the Ref says to one stop pulling His Head down. Then turns to the other Guy and says keep your Head up, How can He when the other Guys pulling it down. See it a lot in European Fights makes me smile ;D
I think this part of it is much like the referee in rugby when the scrum keeps going down. They're not sure if it's one guy pulling the opponent's head down or is it the other guy ducking in.
So basically the solution is to tell both of them off and hope whoever is being a bad boy stops it....right now!
It doesnt really make sense though... and what is the guy going to think when the ref tells the other guy to do that....
the ref's just telling one guy to keep his head up so that the other guy couldn't pull it down. ;D
One of em is usually boring in low that's why he is getting his head pulled down so he cant wing in punches. So they both get told.
