Saddo , members / regional organisers

I ve posted a thread before about regional /national /international meetings of SADDO members , but it kinda was to vague .
So i was wondering if it would be an idea , if we had a northwest organiser , midlands / south etc , so we can start of on a realistic distance for a booze up for members , than if that takes off , then we can maybe have a national meeting.

Just an idea if you think its a good idea then put your name down for
North
Midlands
or South .

then we can see if there is interest in us all meeting for a piss up.
Obviously members from anywhere would be welcome to any meeting.

I'm from the north - Leeds

But work a lot in London

Thats the thing with us Brits everywhere is too far for us ;)

Remember when I was in South Africa a few years back we met a guy from Arizona on our tour and I was telling him how I would be in Vegas at some point in the next couple of years. He said 'well let me know as its only a 6 hour drive from me and I can pop over'

I was like '6 fuckiing hours ?!? Us Brits can't be arsed driving 10 minutes !'

Guess its different for americans and canadians

Another thing that sticks in my mind is when I was in Jasper a couple of years back and got talking to some guy in the hot springs who asked where I was from - jesus I aspeak to a lot of guys when on holiday ?!? :rolleyes::-\

Anyway I told him from England and he said he was from Edmonton and came over to the springs 3-4 times a week to use them. When we left we passed a sign that said 'Edmonton 256 km' . Like what the fuck ?!? You guys mad !

Anyway Al, apologies for the tangent, but I will do North or South - as I said before London is well easy for everyone so why not ??

I'm from Liverpool but I moved to Birmingham a few months ago. I'm back and forth to Liverpool every few months because I have family and friends there, so could go to either north or midlands. If people wanna do it, I'd be happy to. I think my girlfriend just rolls her eyes every time I bring up boxing now. ;D

I'm cool to do London, although thinking about it I know what Mark means about not travelling, I can see myself thinking 'fuck that's a long way to go' if people were meeting up in North London ;D

Be to be fair, if I lived in Edmonton I'd be willing to drive for days to escape that shit hole. :p

Hmm london....thats a long drive for me and i dont think my car is waterproof. Going to have to pass on this one ;D

By the time I would get to a meeting it would be finished, us Aussie residents could do one of we met somewhere central, how's Uluaru suit you then !

Anybody wanna get a date sorted for a London Meet up?

I suggest a Friday/Saturday in March or April
