Holyfield-McCall...F*ck it...Why Not?
Neither man is going to retire anytime soon. People need to except that and move on. Since they are going to continue, why not fight each other? In their primes they somehow missed fighting each other because the timing maybe wasn't quite right. The timing seems good now, seeing as they are the only two 44+ fighters in the top 50. Both former world champions, both seeking to regain some of their past glories, and both as hungry as ever. The way I see it, better against each other than one of the Klitchkos. Hell, Brian Minto is fighting 42 y/o Bruce Seldon for the NABO Title. Im sure McCall-Holyfield could be for some title. I mean they are ranked fighters, higher than Seldon or Minto, so why not bogus world title? Plus the WBA has so many titles now surely they would let them scrap for the WBA Extra-ordinary Title or something. I say, make it happen!! For the fans!! lol

I know:bucktooth:
Seriously though; thinking about it why not? I mean about Holyfield/McCall. Would be a fun fight. Evander might have a heart attack and McCall could always have another nervous breakdown;D Fun any way you look at it. I love Holyfield and wish he'd just retire.
Re: Holyfield-McCall...F*ck it...Why Not?
It really is an interesting style matchup, when you think about it. Holyfield is a bit older, but he is probably still a bit faster and has had a more sucessful career. McCall may be slightly fresher and stronger. As far as skills go, at this point they are pretty even, though Evander still has the better footwork.
Re: Holyfield-McCall...F*ck it...Why Not?
Since they are assured to fight again, why not. Not a bad call.
Re: Holyfield-McCall...F*ck it...Why Not?
Mandatory 6 minutes between rounds.....with apple sauce and the most recent copy of Readers Digest.....All proceeds go to the AARP ;D
oh and I like Holyfield via McCall panic attack......or wide decision

Crazy thing is,I can see McCall getting another call from a hopeful trying to get a name...and him scoring another TKO :shinner:.Punch goes last and head made of concrete
Re: Holyfield-McCall...F*ck it...Why Not?
Someone really needs to help Evander and just tear uo his license applications for his own good, McCall would probably have another breakdown and Evander would stand there looking puzzled trying to process what was going on.
I liked both of these guys but there is too much risk of this going very very wrong, Holy could get seriously hurt if he took another big head shot and McCall, well who knows which guy will show on the night.
Not denying people their right to earn a living but at what cost, these guys have given us too many good memories (and some bad) to end up as some circus act.

Re: Holyfield-McCall...F*ck it...Why Not?
It could be called "last geryatric standing"
Re: Holyfield-McCall...F*ck it...Why Not?
Wouldn't want a ringside seat for this one. A mouthpiece flying into the crowd from a punch might just be carrying a set of dentures in it.
Re: Holyfield-McCall...F*ck it...Why Not?
They need a seniors tour, get all these guys like Briggs, Seldon, Botha, Holyfield, McCall etc in a tourney. The winner gets to continue the losers must retire...
