With a lot of women I think it's about ego... if you're obviously keen on them then that' enough for their ego... when you clearly don't give a toss about them they need to validate themselves. They also like confidence which is obviously what good relationship should give you.

My friend and I were having this same conversation the other day. Its either feast or famine with woman.

I'm getting married in less then a year but my buddy is still playing the field and hes been talking to this one chick for a little while but says hes getting hit on more than ever since hes been talking to her.
I told him this use to happen to me all the time when I was seeing a steady girl. Not so much anymore as I try not to put myself in situations where it could happen.
