Met Claude Abrams from Boxing News this morning

Weird as i'm a huge fan of the Magazine and his articles.

Went to buy a paper and was waiting for the train earlier and i saw him so when i got down to the platform i just went over and introduced myself told him about Saddo's and i've done some writing,interviews etc etc but the train came and i had to make some work calls so never really got to chat for long.

Seemed a nice fella and turns out he lives in my town within a mile of me:cool:

Hopefully he'll pop in for a look one day and would be a great asset to this place for sure.

Second... Just had a pint over the road in the Big Chill bar in Brick lane and it's so nice out there i may swerve work and go back as theres a too much pussy in there;D

Third...Yeah he seemed cool and well approachable and i emailed him and told him to get his ass on here.
Can't believe he lives in my town.

He is a nice bloke spoke to him on the phone a while back when I needed some advice on a boxing related matter.

not really bumped in to him, had a 'ooh it's that claude abrams', moment. Pulled in to service station after Paul Ingle got carried off on a stretcher. Didn't seem to be a chatty moment.:-\
