Don King Boxing: Witter vs. Alexander Added To Huge August 1 Fight Card

WBC No. 1-ranked super lightweight Devon Alexander “The Great” will fight for the vacant WBC super lightweight championship against the former holder of that belt, Junior “The Hitter” Witter, in a tremendous co-feature on Saturday, Aug. 1 at The Show at Agua Caliente Casino in Rancho Mirage, Calif. on Showtime 9 p.m. ET/PT, delayed on the west coast.

This wouldn't have been on Setanta anyway but the whole collapse-of-Setanta thing just brings home how we're stuck with dodgy internet streams for most of the time now. The best we can hope for is that Sky show this the Friday after the fights actually happen.

I have not seen Alexander but he says he will put pressure on the veteran Witter. :)
