Who had the best uppercut?

I was thinking about this as I was watching old Tyson hi-lights on the box last night. Tyson's uppercut was deadly. Kind of ironic when you consider that he was basically done in by a wicked uppercut that started the final punch sequence by Buster Douglas.

I love that body to head combo. Other than Tyson I hardly see anyone throwing that combo except for maybe Tommy Morrison.

I think Azumah Nelson deserves an honarable mention for the left uppercut that KO'd Pat Cowdell for 5 mins in the 1st round.

a topical pick , Vern Forrest , his uppercut that nearly takes Shane Mosley's head off and floors him.

Tommy Hearns lifted Roberto Duran off the canvas with an uppercut to the body.

Carmen Basilio had a strange yet effective uppercut, he has a Rock'em Sock'em Robot uppercut, he didn't turn his wrist when he threw it.

Floyd Mayweather has a pretty wicked uppercut when he uses it watch the Jesus Chavez fight. I'd say Lennox Lewis ranks up there also.

Yeah, I remember back shortly before before Tyson became champ, I think it was in reference to the fight with Jesse Ferguson, Tyson remarked in an interview how he liked to catch guys with an uppercut to the nose, in order to drive the bone into their brains. :-\
