I met David Haye today!!! (PIC NOW INCLUDED)

Wow I still cant believe it.

Right now I'm in a hotel in London awaiting to fly to Las Vegas first thing tomorrow morning.

So I was at the London underground at Victoria station waiting for the Gatwick express train as I'm flying from Gatwick Airport.

I'm boarding the train and my Dad says there is a guy in 1st class that looks like David Haye. I was like no way seriousley I'll have a look when I get off thinking why would Haye be on a train to Gatwick.

So I'm getting my bags off the train as we depart and once all the crowd disappear I await to see if my Dad was bullshitting. I was hovering around the 1st class to see if he would come out. Next thing I see this huge guy with braided hair carrying about 3 suitcases and on his own walking towards me. I take a closer look. Oh shit! That's the Hayemaker. I literally fukking ran over to him and he dropped his bags, took his headphones off and started chatting to me. I said "Hey David how's things" still very much in shock. He replies "Good thanks mate" and shakes my hand. I said "Were are you off?" and he said "Cyprus for my training camp". He still looked half asleep actually as if he'd just woken up. I said can I have a pic and he was like sure no probs. Got a pic and then said "Best of luck in the Valuev fight do us proud". He said "Cheers, appreciate it" and shook my hand again before going up the escalators. I was going to say something about the Bitchsko's to him.

Like 5 mins later as I was checking into fly I seen him looking at the notice board of flights and people started hovering round for pics etc. I'm still made up and can't believe I met him out of nowhere.

I'll put the pic up when I get home as I haven't got the USB for my phone. It's actually a good pic. You wanna see the t-shirt he is wearing (Not a behaded Klitchsko one Lol) It's one with the words "LUNT COVER" With the letters "C,U,N,T" in big bold white writing. What a guy ;D

Anyways I'll be staying online for a bit until I fly tomorrow morning. I just bought 24hrs worth of internet access to keep me entertained in London. Catch you all laters :cool:

That's amazing! It's already crazy enough to see boxers in real life if you're going to see them but to run into them out of nowhere is a rarity.

Seriousley mate. I couldn't beleive a former undisputed world champion and the whole talk of a Saddo's at the minute LOL was on the same train as me nevermind seeing him out of the blue. He was on his own as well. Really nice guy!

I think it was more of you having him as your avatar and you defending him to the death that it was that much more special to you.

I think that's one of the reasons I love this place.

Even though some people don't like, sometimes despise, certain fighters. If a Saddo fan meets one of those fighters, you can't help but feel happy for them.

Sorry I didn't. I was quite speechless and just asked the usual how are you etc. I did ask "Where the hell are you off to?". He looked to be in quite a hurry actually. I would have also like to ask him a few things about the Klitchsko's too. I did at the time imagined if Lyle was next to me and to see if he would still call him a loudmouth prick standing face to face.

That's pretty cool Lefty; at least he seems like a nice guy, willing to chat with his fans, and doesn't come off like an ass with people. I wish I could meet Carbajal, Lewis or Foster; it would be very cool indeed. Safe trip buddy.

Haye's still a wanker though;D

One thing I like about you Lefty, is you don't ditch your fighters when the going gets rough for them.

Did you tell him you had a fight lined up too when you hit LA? lol
