Pick apart my training routine/rate
Here it is ...
Mon-fri boxing gym 4-6/6:30
8 min streching
3 rounds of pad work
30 min heavy bag straight threw
Green I work normal pace
Yellow I do 1-2 burst
Red is style
Round break
2 rounds double end bag
8 min skipping
5 rounds speed bag
Sit ups1 round
Polymetric push ups 20 reps 4 sets
V ups 20 reps 4 sets
Pull ups 10 reps 4 sets
Shadow boxing 4 rounds 2 with 2 pound weights and 2 without
Spar days r Tuesday, thursday,and saterday
I run at night usally at 9 for 2-2.5 miles I dislike running :eek:
Also weights Monday - Friday just because I have it as a class I do a 5 day split.

Im 17 weigh 123 not sure on height about 5.8 tho. Also pretty much all mustle
Boxing for 6 months
Figure going am in 4 months if that

You're not doing anything for your legs or lower back, the only element of your core muscle groups that you're really working is your rectus abdominis and you are working the same muscle groups 5 days in a row, without a sufficient rest.
There's nothing wrong with training 5 days in a row but it has to be varied to make sure that you don't become over trained and burn yourself out.
Don't get me wrong, your approach isn't awful but you asked for it to be picked apart, if you're stressing your body like that then it needs time to rest and adapt to those stresses... which it isn't getting if you're going to do that monday to friday.
