Al Bernstein On Boxing: Now You Think Of It?
http://www.saddoboxing.com/boxing_im...-Bernstein.jpgWhat took David Haye and his braintrust so long to figure out that he was a lot better off fighting Nikolai Valuev for a world title than he was fighting a Klitschko?
If David had come to this realization earlier he would have spared us the charade of pulling out of the Wladimir fight and then the phony negotiations to fight Vitali.

Good stuff, I agree he should fight again after Valuev before he faces one of the Klits, still, what a waste of a year on Haye's part.
Loving the video from ESPN too

Nice article Al, I agree pwith pretty much everything you say regarding Haye.

Re: Al Bernstein On Boxing: Now You Think Of It?
Good stuff Al.I think he did let his mouth get ahead of his grey matter and they have been trying to reel it back in...pretty backwards.I think the only thing a win over Valuev garners Haye is a trinket for future negotiations and very little in the way of a huge scalp as the Wookie is a very flawed Chumpion. But huge in size.
Good call on Bradley/Campbell.Two very strong wills and guaranteed action.
