Under the radar Beibut Shumenov
Highly touted prospect, Beibut Shumenov of Kazahkstan who fought some big names early in his career.
Fight #6 - Montell Griffin UD (shut out on all 3 scorecards)
Fight #7 - Epi Mendoza UD
At this point Alejandro Berrio backed out of a fight with him
Fight #8 - Byron Mitchell TKO 4th round
Not a bad resume for someone with only 8 pro fights. Well Beibut finally got a loss against Spain's Gabriel Campillo. Campillo is already having a good year with a win over Hugo Hernan Garay.

not heard of this guy, sounds pretty interesting though. You say 'well beibut finally got a loss...' did you mean 'will he get a loss'?
Re: Under the radar Beibut Shumenov
That was a close fight thought, I watched it on a stream. I actually scored it a draw. Shumenov might have been a little to inexperienced to go 12 hard rounds with the rugged Argentine. But good on Campillo! I thought they were serving him up as a sacrificial lamb for the streaking prospect. Its nice to see that trinkets can't just be handed around & sometimes you have to fight for them.
With wins over Garay & now Shumenov, Campillo is fast becoming the dark horse of the light-heavies!
