Dawson-Johnson 2 Will Be For Ring Title

I sent an email to the editors of Ring Magazine (comeoutwriting@yahoo) asking if the upcoming fight between ring rated #2 & #3 rated Glen Johnson & Chad Dawson be for the vacant Light Heavyweight title? At the time of the fight #1 rated Hopkins will not have fought in 13+ months and as per your bylaws any fighter baring injuries having not fought in a year with no scheduled fights is removed from the ranking.

they responded - If Hopkins does not sign for a light heavyweight fight within a few days of October 18, he will be dropped from the rankings.

Dawson v. Johnson 11/7

Does anyone know when these tickets go on sale or how much they will cost?

If not any guesses on the range? I am figuring $50 - $500.

Hopefully Hopkins will sign to fight Adamek for the Crusierweight title before this fight happens, and Dawson and Johnson can fight for the light heavyweight title.

Dawson/ Johnson 2 should definitely be for The Ring title, as well as The SaddoBoxing Championship!!!

Also on the undercard of this fight undefeated Harry Joe Yorgey meets Alfredo Angulo in an outstanding match-up between highly touted prospects!!!

I'm surprised there hasn't been any talk about this fight! Shot to Angulo who has jumped right back on the horse after the Cintron defeat & is actually taking high risk fights!
