The Weight thing???
If a fighter beats a smaller fighter e.g Hopkins vs Pavlik,Trinidad,De La Hoya he picking out small guys or Mayweather vs Hatton,Marquez and so on but when the small guys beat the big guys its a great achievement is this a double standard ?? i defintely think so.
See for instance Trinidad was moving from Welterweight to Light-Middleweight to Middleweight nicely stopping everyone in his path even at middleweight KO3 Joppy but when he face Hopkins one of Hopkins biggest wins Hopkins beat up the smaller man even though Trinidad never went down in weight again.
Its like boxing fans look at it like he beat the bigger man he's the man yet the bigger man beat the smaller man who was moving up he gets no credit even though the smaller man still had the skills he had.
its definately a double standard in fans i dont do this but many do.

Re: The Weight thing???
That's quite understandable though, main reason behind weightclasses is difference in size hence difference in power and strength. So if the smaller suppose to be weaker man beats the bigger stronger man makes the win a FEAT whereas when the bigger stronger wins over the smaller weaker IT'S A GIVEN.
