The fact that they served a search warrant usually means there is probable cause though I dont know what the requirements are in Las Vegas.

Floyd needs this... He needs Publicity. They will sell few more tickets because of this. But Floyd fans are smart, they're not buying tickets. They will wait till fightnight & wait for freebee tickets.

Floyd isn't exactly hanging out with nice peoples, I think that some of his friends have been involved into something, mostly. Now where is his responsability in it? I wonder. One thing for sure, if he would be responsible somewhere, after his uncle convicted for beating one of his boxer, that would be cheese cream on Mayweather family's behaviors.
