Calzaghe breaks up from long term partner.

JOE Calzaghe will be dancing with a broken heart after splitting from his girlfriend, it emerged yesterday.
He and model Jo-Emma Larvin, 28, broke up after five years together.

Friends revealed they had a series of blazing rows since Joe, 37, retired from the ring in February.




One close family pal explained: "It was a very difficult decision for them both but their relationship has ended and Joe is a single man.

"Jo-Emma was very upset, but knew a split was the right thing to do. They don't have kids and have had a wonderful five years together.

"They were beginning to argue over silly things at home and Joe had underestimated how the change of pace once he left the ring would affect home life. He was finding it boring.

"They remain very close friends and Jo-Emma will be going to watch Joe on Strictly Come Dancing. She will always support him."



But pals said the lack of a strict training regime after hanging up his gloves led to him getting bored.

Jo-Emma began dating him after his split from wife Mandy in 2004.

Joe went through a bitter divorce battle but remains "incredibly close" to their sons Joe, 15, and 12-year-old Connor.


What the chances we see him return to the ring?? You know what i have a feeling he will, he always contradicts himself Calzaghe, even as close as two weeks ago when he said something along the lines of " If you ever see me on one of them stupid relaity shows you can shoot me, I would never do something like that" Two weeks later hes signed up to the BBC reality show Strictly Come Dancing.

She looked like a Tranny anyway.

That made me laugh out loud. Spot on.....

Fiver says that Joe does better on this version than Evander did on the american one. After all, he spent a lot of his later years on the run and having to focus more on his movements as his fists bore the brunt of years of hitting.

I couldnt wake up to that man-face every morning either.

I can picture Calzaghe as a bit of a moody so and so and all this free time has probably driven him a bit mad. I mean what else could this dancing nonsense be all about? He has obviously lost his mind. He should get into the kitchen and put on one of those snazzy chefs hats and learn to cook. That'll give him something to think about.

Hey things happen, but Joe can get anybody he wants. He's got tons of cash I think he will be fine.
