Prescott v Mitchell confirmed for the Khan undercard
Quite excited about this fight should be fireworks, I do think Prescott is heavily over rated with his Khan win but both have shit defense and throw bombs.
Anyone else find it funny Prescott is playing second fiddle to a guy he destroyed in 50 seconds haha just crazy aint it!!
I think there also mite be a few more twists and turns before Prescott defintly enters the ring as he is scheduled to have three fights in the next 4 weeks?? Must be scrapping his other two??
So who actully has control of his fights, fingers crossed he fights on the bill cos it will be a decent fight.
Re: Prescott v Mitchell confirmed for the Khan undercard
Are they trying to set up a rematch should Prescott get by Mitchell?

It's the opposite mate. They are trying to make a Khan-Mitchell fight.
If Mitchell beats the Khan conqueror they can make a massive all Brit fight.

Well lets hope Prescott sparks Mitchell out then. :)

What's wrong with Khan-Mitchell? Mitchell will always be in entertaining fights.

I am a fan of Mitchell but he does not compete with Khan at this weight. Ridiculous to suggest otherwise, a real mis-match. Now Khan v Prescott 2 would be another thing.

What if Mitchell beats Prescott though? I doubt the weight will be a problem. Khan could probably move back down if he wanted, although that's obviously not gonna happen whilst he has a title at 140.
Re: Prescott v Mitchell confirmed for the Khan undercard
Khan beats the feather fisted Salita easy, Mitchell beats prescott in a belter, but really, this is smoke, mirrors and all that other bullshit Warren likes to pull for sure.
Khan vs Mitchell (another Super Featherweight) for the future, penn it in, i can see it comin. Mitchell is an absolute all action fight everytime man, i love it and was really looking forward to his fight against Ricky Burns (which is what this Prescott fight should have been originally), but he will certainly get destroyed when he steps up to the top for sure. Way way too easy to hit.
Re: Prescott v Mitchell confirmed for the Khan undercard
prescott wins, hate to admit it as i love mitchell but he`s been wobbled by far lighter punchers than prescott
Always feel when kev fights your one big punch away from getting him out of there. Technically he leaves himself open to counters far too often and he wont be able to take the bombs he has taken in previous fights at this level!!
Re: Prescott v Mitchell confirmed for the Khan undercard
I think Prescott wins this too. Mitchell gets hit far too much and has been staggered in a few 130 pound fights. It's a nice try by Frank but I don't see it working out for him.
Re: Prescott v Mitchell confirmed for the Khan undercard
Wow great fight, I look forward to this one.
I'm a big fan of Mitchell but he just seems too small to compete against Prescott.
I think he'll likely get stopped if he does what he did against Carl Johannsen.
But maybe he will suprise and actually stick to boxing on the outside.
He's a better boxer than Prescott for sure, but he will giving up a lot of height, reach, size and punch power.
He'll need to fight the perfect fight. Hope he pulls it off.
Re: Prescott v Mitchell confirmed for the Khan undercard
Mitchell get stropped inside 8.Can see Prescott just chipping away at him with power shots from the outside.
Re: Prescott v Mitchell confirmed for the Khan undercard
Surprised at Warren risking one of his stars when he could have taken a different route.

Im not to sure really its a calculated risk if you ask me Presscott is so overrated for his Khan win it's untrue, now he can bang but in reality hes quite average in world terms and this is an elimanator for the " Warren Boxing Organisation so I cant really see an easier route for Kevin who really needs to step up, 135 most of the world stars would smash him.
If Mitchell just box's he has a chance if you ask me. People saying Mitchell is to small I dont think he is I thought he was a big 130 fighter wonder what the odds are in this fight if Mitchell is the outsider I think that could be value bet.
Re: Prescott v Mitchell confirmed for the Khan undercard
I've followed Mitchell for a few years now,and i've always wanted him to fight Khan as there's always been bad blood between them both.Mitchell is taking a big risk to his unbeaten record with fighting Prescott as we know nothing much about Prescott appart from being heavy handed.Another thing that worries me is how Mitchell is fight a dangerous opponant only just after under going a operation on his hand that caused him problems a coupl of years ago.
