J.L Castillo-'02 v Pacquiao-'08 @ 135lbs

Can't fathom out who a decisive outcome for this fight. I'm thinking there are some similarities to the Cotto match-up although I actually reckon Castillo is quite a bit sturdier as a lightweight than Cotto is as a Welterweight. Plus Castillo is maybe that bit more Rugged and in your face.

It's easy to see where Pacquiao would give him hell, especially with the added power he posses (IMO).

I guess the reason why i'm going here is becuase i'm now in Mayweather-vs-Pacquiao mode ;D so im gonna be looking at Mayweather's and Pacquiao' past performances and putting each man in the other man's boots.

I think it's fair to say that Castillo gave Mayweather a rough 12 rounds, the first time around.

Pac loses this one too, much like all "IF" scenarios!

I do think this one would be a thriller. But I just see Pac being a bit better that JLC. Even though that JLC was vicious and the undisputed lightweight champ. I see something like 7-5 Pac. A tit for tat battle just because JLC will stand there and trade and that is Pac's domain.
