I couldn't understand why he wasn't in it in the first place?

With a bit of pressure I recon they'll do it. The hype for MW vs Pac will be too much. Signed.

You make a good point by explaining that much of PBF's career. He is well known which is reason enough to put him on the game.

Here are the list of moves a Floyd Mayweather Jr. character can perform:

1. Run around the ring
2. Shoulder Roll
3. Potshots
4. Trashtalk opponents -> Up, Trianlge, Down, X, Left, Square to perform

The developers figured and rightly so that the gamers wouldn't want to use a character with such limited moves. Hence they scrapped Mayweather and replaced him with Vic Darchinyan.

You're right!!! The game was there for entertainment. Who wants to Play a boring game????

I just posted that for laughs. If the developers really wanted to put Floyd in the game, that should be no problem. They can give him all the moves they want to make him fun and playable if they wanted to.

From that line alone, I can tell you've never boxed. Fight Night, while a very fun, entertaining game is not real boxing and doesn't equate in the slightest.

My next point to all the Floyd-haters, is why don't you want him in the game? You can set it to easy and mash him over and over... wouldn't that help you take out your frustrations on his obviously (real-life) superior skills?

Is this thread for real? If Floyd isn't in Fight Night 4 it won't be because its makers didn't want to put him in but because of contractual reasons.

My bet is he wanted a stack of money to be featured, more than they would pay, or else is going to feature in his own, or some other boxing game.

It has nothing to do with whether the company thought he was worth putting in or not :-\

This is not why boxing fans are frustrated by him. Most true boxing fans (like myself) respect his awesome abilities in a boxing ring. I have no bones to pick about his skill, he is a great, and a talking point in any GOAT discusison.

The reason he frustrates people is he is such a bellend, and want to see him put on his arse.
