Should Pac-man and Maweather fight in Dallas?
Look, it's mostly selfish reasons that I want this fight to take place in Dallas. I don't live too far from there. And even owning 2 businesses, I would probably have a hard time coming up with money for a couple of tickets. However, I do think Dallas is a great venue because EVERY FAN will get to see that fight that shows up in that stadium. Those big screens are enormous and every fan will get to see every punch. Let me know your thoughts.

15rounder, you are absolutely right about the size of the venue allowing more people to see the fight. But it's not just the seats you fill that generate the money...and boxing is about the money. Vegas is the gambling center of the world. Almost everything is open 24/7...money continously being generated. On a big fight night all of this is taken to the next level. So i really i don't see the biggest fight in years taking place in Dallas.

Yes a Vegas casino can entice a high roller to come and drop millions in their casino if they give them some ringside tickets to sit next to Jack Nicholson. As much as they keep mentioning Dallas stadium I dont think it would ever have been there and would just be used as leverage to up the ante of the casino.

I agree and it's mostly just wishful thinking. But just to play devils advocate, wouldn't all of that action be taking place in vegas no matter where those two decide to fight?
Re: Should Pac-man and Maweather fight in Dallas?
No because the high rollers wouldnt go. The casino sets them up with a suite fight tickets whatever they want. They wouldnt go to Vegas if the fight wasnt there.
A big fight does attract a lot of extra people that come to the city to be around the fight atomosphere and all the stars which would all be in Dallas if the fight was there.

Salty!...Dude!...Just let me dream...lol...I know, like I said it was mostly just wishful thinking. Let's see if Jerry Jones can use that used car salesman face and voice of his to sell this thing. But I agree with you, Vegas gets it.

I want it to be in Dallas now purely because I hear they want to put Valero in a quality fight on the undercard. Because of his medical history, that can't happen in Vegas. I just want a decent undercard to wet the appetite for a superb main event.
