Manny Pacquiao's log - from 'ask the trainer'...
Hi everybody, thank to my good friend Greig for allowing me to use his account post my training logs. Now everybody see how I keep in good shape for my upcoming very tough fight with Paul Malignaggi:D
Monday:
Wake up with Jinkee love. Perfect start to the day - and it mean I don't have to stretch my groin muscles.
Then go for 130mile run through mountain. Normally don't run so far, but did today because Bob Arum chase me in car waving contract
Next, strength and conditioning with coach Victor Conte. Tough session, Vic work me very hard. After session I'm so sore, I feel like pin cushion.
Finally, I finish training with sparring against some junior-mini-light flyweights from Philippines - must get used to Malignaggi power.
Re: Manny Pacquiao's log - from 'ask the trainer'...
The above is a work of fiction.
Any resemblance to a Philippino welterweight, past or present, seven-weight, world champion, is purely intentional.
And I love Pac-man - don't think he's juicing for a second. But these gags write themselves.
