Salty, Have a look on scraps stretches, theres a few there. I think they are one of the best peices of kit theres is,those and Woody Bands.
Got a great full body tension move I was doing on mine until my little brother decided to stab it... :rolleyes:
You're basically doing a press up, hands on the ball... but rather than bringing your chest to the ball you come further forwards so that you are in a semi pike position and slowly lower your stomach to the ball (don't touch it though) and then pushing up.
You should feel tension throughout most of your body doing this, though particularly around the midsection and trunk, good ways to switch it up are doing it with only one leg touching the floor or alternating the leg that touches the floor during the concentric push to add an element of explosiveness into it.
I have a swiss ball i use & its the mrs & its pink;)
but hell to it cos its a good piece of equipment i usually use it for the weights & press ups (feet on the ball) or for my abs(same position as press up then bring legs in with the ball).
