It's a little bit mad really. Morales has only had two fights at LW and looked patchy both times and here he is coming off of an array of losses, a lengthy lay off and doing it at WW. Good luck to him, but I think he is a bit odd nonetheless.
I was pretty taken aback by this when I saw it on Boxrec a few weeks ago. Felt so sorry for Morales when he was blasted out of there last time against Pacquiao, that should have been the end of it. For me, this is gonna end in a mess i'm afraid, Alfaro, if you look at his record, is certainly no tomato can and wouldn't surprise me if he KO'd Morales, but the oddest thing is, that he doesn't seem to have fought at Welterweight atall before, with it being a while since he fought at LW.... Just seems like some kind of odd catchweight just so that Morales can fight without having to get back down to fighting weight...
