Ruiz Keys to Victory over David Haye
I already went over in a previous post the differences between Mighty John Ruiz and David Hayemuncher Haye. This post is about the fight, and for those of you who like to gamble with your wifes money, who you should bet on. Bet on John Ruiz.
Intro
John Ruiz, two time WBA heavyweight champion and come April 3rd he will become the 3 time champion, taking him in my opinion above Ali, Lennox Lewis and Dick Cheney. Without a doubt, John Ruiz is perhaps the most brutal man to ever step inside of the squared ring. Every punch he throws is vicious, he always has a knockout victory in mind which leads to some explosive action. He is a heck of a fighter, and is more than willing to take three or four shots to land one of his mighty blows. At 38 years old, John Ruiz may have seen better days, but it doesn't show. He is like boxings Richard Gere, he has aged well and is still loved despite the advancing years.
Many people ponder on the question why did Lennox Lewis never fight John Ruiz? Well, Ruiz used to spar with Lennox Lewis back in the mid 90s, and he used to duff him up. From all accounts, John Ruiz gave him a real kick in, a proper hiding. This is the reason Lennox Lewis handed in his WBA belt, as to avoid a crushing defeat by John Ruiz. Instead, he fought Michael Grant. When Rahman beat Lennox Lewis, Ruiz was ringside. He was in disguise though, so this is why you probably don't know he was there. Why was he in disguise? Because he knew Lennox Lewis was afraid of him and didn't want to put him off fighting. As soon as Lennox got embarrassingly dropped by Rahman, John Ruiz decided to beat the man to beat the man. And he did, in a comfortable UD. Rahman spoiled the fight by constantly holding whenever Ruiz punched him, which is why he was able to go the distance with John Ruiz.
David Haye is probably best known for his t-shirts. He is also looking a bit fat these days. He always deletes my messages I post on his myspace page, I guess he doesn't want to read the truth that John Ruiz will brutally knock him out. I can't understand why David Haye would want to fight John Ruiz, but it shows David Haye has real balls. A man with balls can be a dangerous man, but also a man with balls can be punched in the balls, and will fall. David Haye throws 15 punches per round, and John Ruiz throws 15 punches per second. This is not an exaggeration, it is a well known, but unknown fact. I think the only person who could perhaps match John Ruiz speed is his shadow. Maybe Audley Harrison.
Quick Overview
John Ruiz likes to rough people up, he has a pole like jab and recent training camp notes say his jab is now better than ever. David Haye is easy to punch, and does not have a good jab. In fact if you ask David Haye about his jab he will tell you about the tetanus shot he got because he got bitten by a rogue dog in his mansion up in Cyprus. Ruiz could jab a man to death if he wanted to.
John Ruiz has blistering work ethic. David Haye is a slow starter at heavyweight, he takes at least 25 seconds to warm up. John Ruiz fights have been over before then. Because John Ruiz is a constant pressure fighter who never lets the fight go stale, David Haye will be out of his comfort zone. He may well only throw 15 punchers per round in this fight, because he will be too busy getting punched to think about his offense. Conserving your energy is not going to help him against John Ruiz, who never gets tired, never relents, always perseveres. He is THE terminator.
Punch resistance is going to be a key factor in this fight, as it is in most fights where punching is used. John Ruiz has a granite chiselled jaw, whereas David Haye has to be careful a strong gust of wind doesn't leave him sprawled out looking up at the lovely Cyprus sunshine. This makes David Haye fights exciting, because he might get knocked out. John Ruiz has never been legitimately knocked down.
With regards to power, both men can bang, but Ruiz is a genuine heavyweight with one of the biggest punches in modern history. He can punch you in the boob and stop your heart.
David Hayes nickname is the Hayemaker, because he owns a farm and donkeys in Cyprus. John Ruiz is the Quiet man for a reason, he is SAS trained. He can literally sneak into your mind, like something out of the Shining, and tell you to do shit you don't want to do. He is like a record being played backwards, a yes we can man.
How the fight will play out
Round 1
David Haye looks worried. John Ruiz looks like a man on a mission. The first 45 seconds are all John Ruiz, David Haye is running again. He tries to punch John Ruiz, it lands, Ruiz smiles. He then batters David Haye, who falls through the ropes and looks like he is knocked out. He beats the count and is on queer street. There are seconds left in the round, and somehow David Haye survives. The crowd is all cheering RUIZ RUIZ RUIZ. I'm glad I went. I smile at my wife. She is happy.
Round 2
Amazingly David Haye does not look to bad, just bruised to fuck. He is throwing a lot of punches at Ruiz, who walks through most of them, Haye does a lot of grabbing, Ruiz rags him like a playdoll. The ref warns Haye for holding. A clear round for John Ruiz. My wife is still happy.
Round 3
Haye is exhausted and John Ruiz is just warming up. His oiled up abs look magnificent. A hard right hand crushes David Hayes spirit, he goes down. Ruiz treads on his fingers as he walks to the neutral corner, he is a bad ass. Haye tries to get up to his feet but falls down again. Ruiz has won. Glitter and balloons fall from the Heavens and Ruiz runs up to the ropes and jumpes and he points at me and says "I did it for you!" He invites me into the ring. The ring is too high for me to get into the ring, so John Ruiz lifts me with his still gloved hands. He is stronger than I thought. He puts me on his shoulders and marches me around the ring! I get to hold his belt. We become best friends. My wife is now sad and jealous.
3 months afterwards David Haye tries to leave a comment on my myspace about how he wants a rematch. I fucking delete it. Cock.He pGHHwe

Reading this it almost makes me feel guilty - the fact that I am going to put Fantana to sleep with my right hook 3 hours before Haye and Ruiz enter the ring.
He won't see the fight for a long time and the friendship with Ruiz that promises so much may never come to fruition - his wife will thank me for that part but hate me for hospitalizing her man.
But for the first time I am now actually considering the implications of a Ruiz victory - would be another nail in the heavyweight division's coffin.
Like him or loathe him , apart from the Ruiz camp f, family and Fantana, you know we need a Haye victory

If Ruiz is anything other then evens , i will be betting on him to.
Id like Haye to win , but he is very vulnerable.

Odds on ruiz winning and fantana not being in intensive care come the time of the fight are extremely high
Haye will win, haye will win well....fantana will eat TKO right hands for a good minute or so and wake up around the time of the mayweather-pacquiao fight
