Valero in trouble with the law again
According to multiple reports in Venezuela, undefeated Edwin Valero was arrested for allegedly assaulting his wife. Valero's wife was taken to a hospital in Los Andes. The doctor's report listed several injuries, including a collapsed lung and multiple bruises. Several doctors spoke with the press and said Valero showed up to the emergency room in a very hostile mood and was threatening staff members.

What a prick. He doesn't deserve a visa after this.
Re: Valero in trouble with the law again
Seems like Valero is set on self destruct. Looks like guy ain't going to make it through life with any kind of lasting success.
Re: Valero in trouble with the law again
not too long ago he was mixed up in a similar case, he had allegedly hit his own mother and his wife, and now this shit, a rumor can go only so far when it sounds more and more like the truth, Valero knocks out grown men who make a living with their fists, and then goes and strikes the mother of his children? fuck that shit, he should be banned from the US, stripped of whatever title and basically shunned from professional boxing
Re: Valero in trouble with the law again
Damn like that? And just as his career is about to kick off.
Looks like he'll be fighting in Japan and the Latin American countries mostly now.
Re: Valero in trouble with the law again
Bad timing for his career. Hopefully it doesnt have any adverse effects on him getting big fights or a Visa.
Re: Valero in trouble with the law again
If this is true, then wow, how dissapointing is that? But I prefer to wait for other sites to confirm this before bashing Valero.
Re: Valero in trouble with the law again
I hate that shit!!!!.....I have ZERO respect for any man who puts his hands on a woman like that especially a world class fighter
Re: Valero in trouble with the law again
Man Valero is only allowed to fight in Texas right? I know he had some brain damage, seriously I wonder if that affected his temper............
But yeah he should not be allowed to fight in the US at all anymore.

fuck that, if it's true, the son of a bitch should have to clean old ladies asses for the rest of his life, and not be allowed to ever make a living from boxing, a collapsed lung, goddam
Re: Valero in trouble with the law again
If this is true then fuck this little piece of shit.
He collapsed a lung on his beautiful little wife ?!
Big fucking man.
I say him and Margarito should fight each other.
And I say they let Margarito load his gloves too.
Re: Valero in trouble with the law again
What a piece of $h!t, i didn't think he was going to get liscensed before because of the head issues. Now i think he definitely will not get a liscense. Don't let someone like that come to the US to make money.
Re: Valero in trouble with the law again
Collapsed lung? Do you have any ideas how shots have to be brutal to have a collapsed lung? Damn... the guy is very skilled, exciting and has the punch power to end anything in a wink and he finds the way to throw it all to the garbage bin (or let's say on its way to).... un-fuckin-believable, I quite liked him, not anymore now.
Re: Valero in trouble with the law again
Damn, i'm gonna reserve judgement until this is dead on true, but man, he'll lose every ounce of my interest and respect if this is the case. Self destruct this could be, bizarre. A woman should never be treated anywhere close to that bad....

Valero is not allowed in the US currently, because the last time he was hear he was caught drunk driving. That's why he had to fight his last fight in mexico.

He's got zero chance of getting a Japanese visa if he gets a conviction for violence. He'll be lucky to get licensed in Venezuela.
