Just thinking about this weekend if boxing had a UFC organization
Guzman, Gamboa, Abraham, Dirrell, Maidana, Abner Mares would have all been fighting on the same card. That would be an amazing card, but boxing can't even accomplish a card half this good even in super fights. It really makes me sad :(. When I watched the undercards for Mayweather-Marquez and Pacquiao-Cotto it was very dissapointing.

then stick to watching UFC , IMO Pacquiao/Clottey's undercard was faaaaaaar worse

I hardly watch the UFC, just commenting on how much more popular boxing could be if it had good undercards instead of solely on a good main event.

And the fighters would make 30K each like UFC fighters.

thing is you gotta take how much they're paid into consideration, UFC pays their fighters peanuts, some of their marquee names are making the same amount that guys like Timothy Bradley are making, which is about in the low 6 figures range, so just imagine how much the low key guys are getting paid, to put on an allstar card like the one you mentioned wouldn't make sense financially unless it was put on PPV and held in an open stadium
Re: Just thinking about this weekend if boxing had a UFC organization
Yeah, there isn't a way to get boxers of that caliber to take an enormous cut like that. UFC's payroll for a PPV card is usually a total of around 1 million. And only a few top named guys get 6 figures for showing. Most have to earn it through bonuses. It would be great if boxing could the good less expensive boxers, who are coming up, on the same card.

While I do agree that boxing needs one organization with one set of rules, I don't think making it a travelling circus is the answer. It's good to have lots of events happening in many places IMO. Plus you would also have network broadcasting rights disputes. For example HBO has the rights to show Maidana's fights in the US, while Showtime has the rights to show the Super Six fighters.
