Holy shit, then that is one of the most impressive displays of toughness I've seen in boxing including fighting with a broken jaw, I was really pissed off with him after the fight, but he had a year off, his style isn't good against southpaws and I guess now he tore his bicep.
He definitely deserves credit for fighting through the pain. I'm still skeptical about him, but he has all the tools to become an elite fighter. If he ever puts everything together he will be dominant.
Yeah, all things considered: the inactivity, Quintana's southpaw style, Haiti & then this injury Berto performed well. Who knows by the time a fight with the elite rolls around he may have improved drastically...
