I figured I'd start and sticky a thread where we could discuss tonights fights as they happen.
I'm picking both Pavlik and Bute to win by stoppage. I've been impressed with Martinez, but he got hit a lot against another high-volume fighter in Paul Williams and I think Pavlik is just going to overwhelm him with his workrate and power.
I love MIranda and his big mouth, but he's as one-dimensional as they come and Bute is going to brake him down and stop him.
Get in the chat room, there's way too many Pavlik fans in there for me to handle on my own
Miranda letting Bute come to him.Looks like hes trying things much different,bending and timing.Lightly touches Bute with rights but Bute pins him on ropes and rips to body.Miranda goes wide at end and chases Bute after bell...he didnt hear it.Cough.Bute one step ahead so far

Miranda coming in more.Actually trying to time Bute but wide.Shooting right hand well on Bute who takes a few easy ones.Nice duel unfolding at ring center.Tighter round but thought Bute took it.Miranda is thinking more.
...here comes the old miranda, which will make things easier for bute, but might also help miranda get lucky. Edison is thinking a little bit too much about what he's doing imo
told ya......this sport is just not for miranda. When he was scraring people before they even got in the ring he was effective, without that intimidation he just too east to beat. Perfect punch by bute though, miranda actually did have his hands kinda up and all.

This guy is something man...I am sorry though it was Miranda who can be outboxed fairly well he toyed with him almost...Bute never once look rattled even when caught by a few decent shots....He showed he can not only box but be an aggressive fighter and he can hit!!!...Andrade then Miranda......His resume starting to gain some tough tough names...

I'd agree this kid is pretty damn good. I'd give him a chance against any of those guys up there right now. It's not just the Ko's it the way he gets em that's pretty impressive
