IS RAY AUSTIN THE NEXT GRACIANO ROCCHIGIANI?

Heavyweight Ray Austin has made good on his threat to sue the WBC, claiming his rights under the Muhammad Ali Act have been violated. Last week, Austin asked a federal bankruptcy court in Ohio for a preliminary injunction that would require the WBC to reinstate him as its top-rated contender. Austin was recently rated #1 heavyweight in the world by the WBC but as soon as he filed for bankruptcy protection and indicated he wished to void his promotional contract with Don King Productions, the WBC suddenly removed Austin from the ratings. The WBC also ordered #2 Odlanier Solis to fight #3 Nikolai Valuev in the final eliminator, leaving Austin out in the cold. In court papers, Austin alleged, "the real reason for the WBC taking action against me was that King and my personal manager were angered by the fact that I was lawfully rejecting contracts with them through the bankruptcy proceedings, so they conspired to deprive me of my ranking, the right to participate in the final elimination bout and the right to compete for a world championship." Austin also sued WBC president Jose Sulaiman personally. Austin's court filings, prepared by Gilbert Blomgren and John W. Tripp, reminded the court of the WBC's worst nightmare, the Graciano Rocchigiani lawsuit that cost the sanctioning body millions back in 2001. A hearing is scheduled for May 20th.

All for shutting the alphabet orginizations and Don King up but how much can I fault for removing a guy as mandatory challenger who did not belong there in the first place?Now contracts violated...pay the man and I hope he gets rich and shuts them down doing it but King and Sulliman are joined at the hip.Its like making a deal with the devil to serve at the pleasure of the grim reaper.I think this is why we get mandatorys like an Austin,their servicable,live bodies but pawns

I understand Austin position and his anger. But he needs to let this go. Cuz it's stupid. Somebody needs to shoot me Austin's number. And I will tell him what his people ain't telling him.

Yeah, everyone knows Austin sucks, but that is not the point. He followed Jose Suliman's rules and won two eliminators over the past year and a half. Now, that scumbag of human being(Jose Suliman) is welching, and removed Austin from the rankings for no legitimate reason.
In the legal world they call that detrimental reliance. THat is why all boxing fans should pray that Austin takes down this parasitic racket.

Like i said I understand Austin's position and anger. But I just have no desire at all to see Ray Austin get his ass kicked by the other Klitschko. Do you? I mean damn, Wlad if i remember correctly beat his ass using only one hand. And he did it in less than 2 rounds. What's Austin going to do against Vitali? Make it into the 3rd round if he's lucky? i mean come on. It's as useless a fight as Vitali's next one is. If not more

You need to open Violent Solutions public relations company. Every pr company out there releases bland anodyne statements carefully crafted to deflect and minimise any bad publicity their clients might be facing, like the one Calzaghe issued :
"I very much regret my occasional use of cocaine in what have sometimes been the long days since my retirement from the ring.
"I am fully aware of the bad example it sets to other people and particularly to youngsters and I apologise to my family, friends and fans.
"It is not a major problem in my life but it is something which I am actively addressing.
"Many of the other conversations reported to have taken place simply involve men joshing or shooting the breeze over a drink.
"While some statements are either untrue or exagerations I am, naturally, sorry for any embarrassment their publication may cause to entirely blameless third parties."
Now you can't imagine Joe saying something like that in real life. They could do with cutting the blandness a bit and making it more authentic. Keeping it real as it were. And this is a gap in the market that Violent Solutions could exploit. There's definitely room out there for a pr company that issues statements with the word "motherfucker" in them. There's nobody out there doing anything like that right now.
