The one thing that I admire most about Mayeather
Is how he makes his opponents do the Nunchuk Shuffle ;D Which in my mind just makes a complete clown out of the other fighter.... Which actually makes me respect Hatton in some ways because while he had absolutely NO plan B... he stuck to his plan A with absolute conviction.
But that's besides the point... The Nunchuk Shuffle, Judah, Dela Hoya, Mosley.... WTF were you guys doing?! ;D
Re: The one thing that I admire most about Mayeather
what are you talking about?

I will take a guess and say its when the fighter continually moves their hands around in circles (like they are spinning nunchuks) while moving around lol Mosley did this quite a bit.

Snakey, correct! ;D
Judah was by far the worst though. The trend setter infact. His nunchucks were furious!
I was really surprised when i see Oscar doing it too. He had a little more 'shuffle' with it though. Which is a good thing i guess? Maybe at least he was still very focused on technique at that time?
Mosley though, jittery as ever just couldn't resist getting in on the act!
Wonder who will be next ???

For irony's sake, I hope Hasegawa moves up to fight him at some stage. ;D

ohh now i understand what you're saying. it's actually a fighting style derived from jails. it's called 52 blocks.

so surprised mosley actually appeared to just lose faith from about 5 onwards
I thought richardson would have a B,C,D plan well worked out and mosley would even at some stage just try and allow floyd to dictate the pace and eventually fall onto a counter. But he just seemed intent on fighting floyd in a straight line and i cant help but think that wasnt a prime mosley

okay now that i've seen videos about 52 blocks, it looks like its floyd who was more efficient in doing this style.
but zab was definitely trying to do 52 blocks when they fought.
Re: The one thing that I admire most about Mayeather
I'm guessing the plan is to confuse Floyd so he doesn't know where the punches are coming from!
The fact is it just gave Mosley something else to wear himself out with!

Yeah, i agree. Although i wasn't thinking that at the time (i was too high and tired!!!!)
But yeah so much for Nazim being the man with the plan!
Richardson: ''Let your hands go, step to the side and punch back, Say it!''
Mosley: ''Imma, umm, fall on my back???''
;D
But seriously, I don't feel as let down as I feel sorry for Mosley. He got exposed BIG TIME.

Oh sheit, i though you was joking..!! Like 52 pick up :D
Still can't believe Floyd can do that to a guy... just break them down mentally and make em do retarded, redundant maneuvers in the middle of the biggest fight of their lives.
Too much!

The problem was he kept coming out with the whole "let your hands go" thing without actually telling him what he was doing wrong and how he needed to counter mayweathers speed
I kept asking myself around 8-9 why isnt richardson telling him to get on his feet and start working behind the jab but instead he just came up with the kind of stuff the average boxing fan could tell a fighter.
Richardson isnt as good a coach as he made himself out to be on the 24/7 programmes thats for sure

His nunchucks weren't going fast enough.

Richardson was quoted as saying ''Nothing I saw in that fight surprised me''.
He is either he a terrible liar, or he is absolute pony when it comes to sharing intel
