Yeah, the WBA is just mad about not getting a huge payday for just being the WBA. This is a sham and Mayweather did the right thing to not pay them for this. The belt meant nothing to a fight of this magnitude. Save the corrupt rankings and title shots for the desperate up and comers. Otherwise, make the title honorable again and then we'll listen.

I think it'd be great if all fighters relinquish titles and refuse to fight for them.

My respect for Mayweather has trebled. No-one more annoying than a rich man complaining about his riches. In a way, they are reaping what they have sown. The alphabet titles are worthless these days to the elite fighters and they have degraded them by having 5 or 6 different world titles. Yet he thinks fighters should respect them ? Mayweather - Mosley don't need know world title on the line to sell the fight and ESPN just feel threatened.

want a belt? 600k + sounds a bit expensive given the alternatives and relevance of them. Especially considering the options out there. As in...
