Fake Scratchcard Prank!

Reading the sick and twisted thread about the faked suicide got me thinking about a prank we played on a few people last year.

Anyone ever bought a fake scratch card?

I did. They look EXACTLY like the real ones.

We bought a pack of 10 and pretty much everyone fell for it, not just fell for it, off a cliff fell for it! We managed to video one mate, but we were very smashed on a variety on things and he didn't even work it out after reading the piss take on the back! I'm the camera guy who ended up on the floor with laughter, whilst trying to hide the fact I was videoing him.

The video is loud as everyone was proper wrecked, just to warn you.

Another mate (who I wish we'd videod) decided to try and convince everyone that the card didn't win! (despite the fact the whole room knew he was being stitched up) because of his selfishness of trying to not share his winning with the mate who gave him the card we let him go. And go. And go a bit more.

He rushed home, put the card in a safe and got down to business.

Told his boss to get fucked, told his parents they were cunts and proceeded to buy copious amounts of cocaine on tick. After a 2 day bender we put him out of his missery. He cried. ;D

The best thing is the joke never gets old, it is just as funny each time!

That is sick.

I'd rather be presented with a fake suicide than a fake scratch card win. I'd be absolutely gutted. ;D

Arrived on time and look the real deal. Will be the funniest thing you have done in a long time. My only regret is not making more videos of the victims!

£50K is nothing really and certainly not worth throwing your job over. Anyone with half a brain would wait until it is in the bank before they told who they hate to go forth and multiply.

For once we agree. I would make it my mission to ruin the life of the motherfucker who did that to me, especially if they were a friend of mine.

That was quality man, judging by how thick your mate was he'd have squandered the lot in six months anyway so u probably did him a favour!:D

It was hillarious, I ended up on the floor in tears. It got funnier as it went on and we were trying to wrap it up and get him to realise it wasn't real, but despite the fact the card text on the back includes the words "this novelty scratchcard" :rolleyes:

We had filled our bodies with copious amounts of various things, so he did have an excuse for being slightly slow.

He has never got revenge!

I did it to another mate of mine and he was insistant on giving it back to me as I gave him the card, all he wanted to do was give me the winnings.

Good way to find out who your mates are!

Easy to pull off, just buy a couple real ones and some fake ones, then pull them out and ask a friend to help you scratch one (the fake one obviously) tell them they can have any winnings, or you'll split it 50/50 with them, you begin scratching whilst waiting for them to reveal the winner. Easy and effective.

From the victims point of view, at least they had the feeling of winning big on a scratch card (all be it falsely) they still had the feeling none the less, more than what most people will have in their lifetimes.
