Actually came over here to post this. That show was one of the first shows I really remember, that and Saved by the Bell and Who's the Boss and Reading Rainbow, etc. Sad to hear.

isn't it longer than he should have had... i have a vauge memory of hearing when i was a kid that he would die young.

I always used to think that his character on Arnold different strokes, was called Willis when I was a kid... :rolleyes:

tbh I'm just waiting for X to role in with his unamusing but poor taste and therefore funny jokes... ;)

I just got that one in a text. I got the text before i even knew what had happened. It's like someone already has them typed out and he's ready to hit 'send'.

Have to say this was my initial reaction :-X

Sad stuff...dude had a rough life and never out lived that role.

I hope he was happy toward the end of his life.

I seem to have same recollection as saddo - hasn't he been ill for years, not sure if it was related to his death mind ?
