OK... I found out that this is supposed to start at 4:45 EST, 9:45 for GB.
I am still a little confused as to when the WBCBoxing.TV card actually starts (Mexico, GMT, EEST, GMT-2???), so if anyone can shed some light I would greatly appreciate it.
