BJ is the real natural of mma. His BJJ talents are accompanied by a sublime level of natural athleticism.
But...
Before each of his last five fights he's claimed that he has revolutionised his training and stated that he was lazy before.
Now I disregard the GSP fight, similarly to SSM vs. Winky in boxing Penn was just too small to live with a much larger and more physical athlete. In truth he demonstrated excellent poise and dominance in the Sanchez and Florian fights- but he gassed early in the Edgar fight...
How many times can he revolutionise himself and then go back to his old ways.
