Training videos

I know that there are, along with myself, a few lads on here who are just starting out boxing (for me after years of wanting to) so decided to have a look on youtube at a few videos as I am stuck at work and very bored.

Came across these videos. They are quite old, as you can tell from the quality, but the trainer is old school and explains things very, very well. Thought it could help some people on here with basics.
