I am completely new to boxing...i have a great zeal to learn boxing...but i didn't get a training or correct guidance during my graduation..now i am doing job...still zeal continues..So i kindly request you to guide me through this forum and i assure that i will do follow all of your instructions and your guidance...

Welcome, and glad you are interested in learning boxing.
Best advice: find a gym, find a coach, get training.
A young fellow asked a very similar question just this last week, and you might read that thread as well.
If you have the interest find some training, as there is no real substitute.
You might also wish to mention where you are located as some of the trainers and boxers know a lot about their local areas and might be able to give you specific recommendations.
As to direct help, the trainers and experienced boxers here are HIGHLY helpful, but most of the time they are going to be most effective if you have specific problems and issues you are working on in the gym -- as a supplement to your regularly training and your COACH.
