Hmmm....Not sure exactly the whole truth to this but I hope for sure it is not...Vargas seemed to have plenty of smart business ventures and seemed to be a fairly smart business man.....
He is not the first and won't be the last if this is true :-\

That would suck and yes Vargas was smart as far as business and investing but as the article reads it looks like someone else was doing the spending.
I know he opened a gym, had a clothing line, part owned a club and also had opened a cell phone store...

One of my favourite fighters, it is safe to say he will never return to the ring or his own fighting weight again.

Vargas is a boxing hero of mine and it's shit that this can happen to anyone courtesy of a selfish robbing p*ick. Fighters put their lives on the line and to see their rewards (nice family home) taken away from them is bang out of order. I don't want to see Vargas back in the ring he had lost the hunger long before his last bout and was looking a shell of his old self IMO. Shame, hope he manages to get this sorted without resorting to fighting again.Quote:
