King and Shaw agree to 50/50 split for Alexander/Bradley for January.
"HBO made us an offer that I accepted and that Don King accepted. Now we have to go back to the fighters and see if they'll accept the offer. If they do, then the fight is on. If they don't, then there will be no fight,..The fight is absolutely, 100 percent a 50-50 split. I don't discuss money, and I won't discuss any of the other terms except to say that it's a 50-50 split. Both sides are equal partners."
-Gary Shaw

A couple of weeks ago I thought Alexander would win this, but I think it's too soon for him. Bradley has proven himself against legitimate opposition, Alexander has not.
Re: King and Shaw agree to 50/50 split for Alexander/Bradley for January.
This is a matchup that I like. I love Bradley with his manly moustache and he's very fun to watch too. I'm leaning with Bradley in this because he just keeps on showing more and more each time he fights. I love it when you see a fighter keep on getting better and better each time you see them and against tougher opposition. It shows someone really working at their craft.

I shall look foward to this, although i'd be surprised if any of the UK networks picked it up :-\
I'm going for Bradley 116-112 ish

I don't no mate, with Amir next fighting in the Uk on December the 11th surely that will be Sky PPV. So I would think this is a possible investment for sky and with it being in January very close to the Khan fight it would make sense for sky to pick this up as hopefully we will see Khan fight the winner.

Mate don't bother staying up and watching it, i used to ages ago. But i have to be up early in the mornings now so its not possible. Just go straight to you know where in the afternoon, then you can watch it there.
I always do and you don't have to know the result either, although i do because im so buzzing i can't help myself.
As for the fight i agree with you 116-112 for Timothy Bradley sounds about right.

Same here, i can't remember the last fight i stayed up for. 5am is just too late for me - i know i sound like Miles ;D
I can't enjoy a fight at that time really, unless it was Hatton or Calzaghe fighting and we had a house full. Sky + for me, unless it's not on. It'll be a download jobby i reckon.
Shame really, there used to be a time where i'd stay up and watch a stream of any old fight.
Re: King and Shaw agree to 50/50 split for Alexander/Bradley for January.
I see this fight coming out like when Bradley fought Peterson. Just can't see Alexander winning. Bradley will win, in a dominant performance.

Ha ha ha....Yeah you have to love Bradley and his 1970's pimpstache....If he had a multi colored full length fur coat and tilted matching derby he certainly would fit the bill...
I go with Bradley on this because he just seems to be the better all around fighter...Alaxender is impressive in what he does but Bradley has proven he can adjust in fights he trains for a fighters style and he just has the workrate that is hard to match....Alexander is quicker but not as rounded....Also Alexander scared me in his last fight once he got cut..He looked in hios corner as if he was either scared or wanted to quit....
I am hoping for the sake of Alexander that it was big stage hometown jitters that made him perform like that but you never know
Re: King and Shaw agree to 50/50 split for Alexander/Bradley for January.
I'm sorry, but Alexander is missing far too many ingredients to beat a guy like Bradley. IMO whether he won or lost, Devon was outboxed by Kotelnik, and he showed poor range and ability to change up the pace of the fight. He looked lost out there, and Bradley is a superior fighter to Kotelnik.
The only guy I see beating Bradley at 140 is Khan with a great game plan.
Re: King and Shaw agree to 50/50 split for Alexander/Bradley for January.
bradley will take this, alexander would be better off fighting khan
Re: King and Shaw agree to 50/50 split for Alexander/Bradley for January.
Trusting Bradley's caliber a little more right now. He's a more educated operator in the pros.
Re: King and Shaw agree to 50/50 split for Alexander/Bradley for January.
I gotta go with Bradley as well. The man is riding true definition of career momentum right now in activity, competition and ringwise improvement. The only thing I worry about with him is him growing stale, burnout as a result. He is keeping a very high pace. Thought he wavered juuuust a bit last out in volume and fell back into some loading up,maybe because Abregu was so easy to hit. But movement was top notch and a boxing jabbing Bradley with combinations really does a number on Devon right now.

You could be right on that your not the only person I heard who has the same opinion of how the Abregu fight went but I am thinking or maybe hoping I should say that Bradley was looking to make himself look like a threat at 147 so to speak if he decided to come there and like you said wqith Abregu being so easy to hit maybe he felt pressure to dispose of him?......I will wait until his next fight to pass judgement
