Hatton enters Rehab for Drink problem and depression drugs not the problem.
Now this is why this coming out could save Ricky, like I said before It's ok having a drink letting your hair down but like I said i was told Ricky has been drinking every day since the pac defeat he needs to sort his shit out all the best to Ricky.
Ricky Hatton enters rehab, but 'drugs not the problem,' spokesman says - ESPN
Re: Hatton enters Rehab for Drink problem and depression drugs not the problem.
That's a great news indeed, all the best Hitman, sober up and hopefully give it a day or at worst, make one last fight against somebody you can beat before retiring officially.
Re: Hatton enters Rehab for Drink problem and depression drugs not the problem.
In a way this is a blessing in disguise where some one in his inner circle ratted him out.
At least he's getting help, if it's true that this isn't once in a while drug use.
Re: Hatton enters Rehab for Drink problem and depression drugs not the problem.
Looks like a blessing. let's hope he sorts himself out.
Re: Hatton enters Rehab for Drink problem and depression drugs not the problem.
First he quit against Floyd, then he quit against Pac, now this...
what a quitter.
Re: Hatton enters Rehab for Drink problem and depression drugs not the problem.
Cleaning his image. Good for him.
Re: Hatton enters Rehab for Drink problem and depression drugs not the problem.
Hope he cracks it (pardon the pun) a bit sad though that someone who at least had anotehr outlet after retirement had to let it all go. He could have been a real good up and coming promotor of he got into it.
Probably a lot of pressure in realising at some stage he has to come and say that's it I am retired. Good luck to him though I hope he has causght it quick enough.
Re: Hatton enters Rehab for Drink problem and depression drugs not the problem.
Floyd soon to join him...
Re: Hatton enters Rehab for Drink problem and depression drugs not the problem.
Left hooks have nothing on a coke addiction. Hope he's taken ownership of it and gets straight for family as well as self.
Re: Hatton enters Rehab for Drink problem and depression drugs not the problem.
What a surprise ,
Max Clifford his rep , says the same old shit , " he is sorry , let down his friends and family , enter rehab , blah blah fucking blah "
Heard it all before , about as sincere as any bullshit Clifford spouts out.
I really thought Ricky was better than this , he must be dumb to do this in public so close to home , i mean come on !!!

Yeah other drug using boxers should do the same.
ricky is only going to rehab because this came out. It's a publicity stunt to go from villain to fallen hero.
I'm very skeptical.
but as I've said before this has no baring on my life what so ever so I don't really care.

As soon as the name Max Clifford was mentioned it was obvious.
Re: Hatton enters Rehab for Drink problem and depression drugs not the problem.
Battered by Floyd.
Viciously knocked out by Manny.
Manchester City haven't won a a trophy for 34 years.
Enough to make anyone depressed and turn to drugs.
