Testing

Results are coming in on a project, on a certain machine that some of the lads on here, are familiar with. Of interest, while working steady state 140, it produces 35% more Latic, than a Treadmill or Running. Where at Vo2 max it produces 22% less, now that is interesting.

So going flat out it, produces less?

Yes, as I say interesting.

Wow, so is anyone coming up with a why? Is it momentum?

Been discussing it, Im pretty sure because of the position youre in, Its a lot to do with Propreception and Feel. The Boffins are doing tests now, I will let you know. ;D
