Has anyone tried the mcdavid hexpad body shirt as protection for body shots while sparring?
I broke a left rib some time ago during sparring and think I now have weak spot on my left side. Last week I received a body hook to my left side and am still, a few days later, still in pain. I'm wondering if the above protective shirt would help.
