FIGHTHYPE \\ FLOYD MAYWEATHER: "I WAS BORN TO BE A WINNER, I'MA DIE A WINNER"
"I don't go in there thinking about how much money..."
yea, I stopped reading there.
I think the lick ass reporter is an idiot. Check out this gem:
BT: Do you feel like you got the same type of treatment that say an Oscar De La Hoya got throughout his career from a promoter or a network, like HBO?
FM: I really don't know. I mean, that's for...I mean, you know the answer to that. What do you think?
BT: No, I do not think they treated you the same and I think part of the reason is the color of your skin.
Fuck that interviewer. Shouldn't be published unless its on like radio, that's a joke. Get off his nuts dude.
Taeth are you Ben Thompson?
Don't you know people don't like to read Mayweather articles unless it's something negative?
It's not about that you twit it's about the fact that the interviewer was riding Mayweather's nuts and forcing his opinion into the questions. That's not how you do it, that was a transcript of a conversation in which a couple questions were asked, not an 'article' at all. An article would have formulated a piece of writing worth actually reading around those quotes, this guy is just an ass. But I'm sure you loved reading Mayweather getting his jock rode by some dude with no brains.
I think it was a bad article, but how many of them, do they actually ask difficult questions of boxers? I only brought it forth because it seems like Pacquiao didn't agree to absolutely everything whether there was validity to it or not, and the 24/7 confirmed it. Regardless, the fight will likely still happen next year, or at least that's my optimistic hope, but who knows.
