got a virus from Limewire many years ago. Stopped using the service. I know it sucks to not get free music, but I don't know, the only thing I got from it (and the original Napster) was an overloaded hard drive with a bunch of music I never listened to.
I think the RIAA are a bunch of spoiled biitches, but they should have legal rights over the distribution of their product.
limewire was shit anyway, good riddance.
Gotta say I don't agree with free music downloads. I know musicians aren't exactly hard up, but why should they work hard to produce a product that people then mug off and affect their sales. It will come to a stage where people don't create musci if they aren't making money from it

I can honestly say that I have never caught a virus from Limewire. I'm gutted by this news... So where exactly is the place i need to go to download some free music these days ???
