I posted this on the main board as well but thought it might get apreceated better on this board.

This is the video I shot and edited for the owner/trainer Darren wilson at the Fight Academ Wales.
A few faces you might recognise in the video are Gary Locett who trains his boxers there.Also Jason Cook,Jamie Arthur,Bradly Pryce.

Gavin Rees also train at the gym but was not present when I was filming.
