Looks like the move to 147 has done Bailey some good. That right still looking wicked.
Bailey was easily winning the fight, so I have no idea why he pulled a move like that. That was no Cintron style ring leap either as Quali was hauled right into the air. It should have resulted in a DQ against Bailey as there is nothing in the rules to suggest it is okay to pick up your opponent and then allow him to topple over the top of the ropes.
A really, really stupid move and he is lucky to get away with the NC in the end.
Its a tough one on whether to NC or DQ there. Obviously he intended to pick him up but I think that was a spur of the moment thing and I dont think he intended to knock him over the ropes. I think it was just a freak accident. It looks like Bailey tries to catch him a bit when he falls and you can see hes surprised by the fall afterwards. Hmm

Spur of the moment or not, he picked him up and out he went. If he hadn't of picked him up he would likely have been able to get the win legitimately. As it stands let's say I shoot you in the head on the spur of the moment on hearing a noise and get off with a suspended sentence. Would that be okay?
