To be honest I couldn't tell you. I am hopeless at fighting and indeed sports of all kinds so my sense of coordination is less accurate anyway. But it felt fine to me.
In one fight my diseased lungs were about to give up and my fighter was taking a pasting so I went all out with a Calzaghe style hundred punch slap fest and it accurately translated that, and I won by knockout. Hilariously the video afterwards showed me bent over and clutching at my chest before keeling over onto the floor in a crumpled heap.
My aim is to train every day to make the post fight videos less embarrassing.
Playing some of the other games what really impressed me is it properly registers your feet and body movements, so if you dive to the ground so will your game character in some games.
In the future Gears of War type games could be ace with you having to physically crouch down behind walls and simulate throwing grenades and chainsawing people.
It really puts you in the action.
I'm hoping for some decent third party sex games...
