Admit I got a bit choked up yesterday watching the coverage of it..... They had an elderly lady who I could easily imagine as my mum laying on the ground with blood all over her face just in tears and in total shock... seriously awful....

The world is really kicking up a storm.
A friend of a friend is trapped in an area where they've apparently stopped searching for survivors :(.
Here on the west coast of B.C. they've been telling us to expect a catastrophic quake for the last 40 years. One of these days it'll probably kill us all.
It is a beautiful country but very dangerous with earthquakes.

look at the mess in the streets where everything has fallen out and all the pipes and mains have burst etc.
